Transforming the Quantum Supply Chain
Mission
Quantum Strategix is transforming the quantum supply chain for the nation and its allies. Through investment, acquisition, and co-founding we are building robust, industry-mature suppliers with mission-critical enabling capabilities for quantum system integrators.
Investment & Acquisition
Founders with a growth mindset and a desire to transform into an industry-mature quantum supply chain company have opportunity to gain strategic guidance, industry and government partnerships, and the right capital partners.
Co–Founding
For technology areas where mission-critical products do not exist or the supply chain is vulnerable, Quantum Strategix is committed to co-founding or founding companies, establishing new capabilities, and delivering industrial products to quantum system integrators.
Leadership
Thought leadership, informing policy, and engaging in ecosystem development in alignment with national strategy in quantum information science.
About
The Vision of Transforming the Quantum Supply Chain
The quantum supply chain is a driver for accelerating quantum capabilities and system scaling. Necessary support for industry development will involve the re-invention or significant evolution of nearly every part of the quantum supply chain that exists today. This is a national security and economic imperative for nations, a necessary risk-mitigation for large technology companies building quantum systems (system integrators), and an opportunity area which is ripe for innovation for startups and small companies.
Quantum Strategix is transforming the quantum supply chain into a robust, industry-mature set of suppliers with mission-critical enabling capabilities for quantum system integrators. We are accomplishing through investment, acquisition, and co-founding, while we engage in local ecosystem development to build the next generation of innovators in quantum and quantum-adjacent fields.
Luke Mauritsen
Founder & CEO
Luke is a business leader, innovator, and engineer who has been involved in the quantum supply chain for over 15 years. Luke founded Montana Instruments in 2010, which is credited with re-inventing cryogenics to accelerate progress in quantum developments, which was acquired by Atlas Copco in 2022.
In 2020 he was appointed to the National Quantum Initiative Advisory Committee (NQIAC) committee advising the White House and the Department of Energy on quantum strategy, and in 2019 he initiated and chaired the QED-C Cryogenics for Quantum Workshop in Bozeman that convened industry, academia, and government experts for the purpose of building the first U.S. Cryogenics Roadmap for Quantum. In 2023 Luke founded Quantum Strategix for the purpose of transforming the quantum supply chain for the nation and its allies.
